Taleaha, the employee who helped me, was awesome! She was kind, patient and provided excellent customer service. I had several questions that I needed answers to, and she was extremely helpful and even provided information that showed me how to save money. That was so important and appreciated, especially during the recession that we are currently going through.

The location of this office is very convenient, but most importantly each time I’ve been in it, it has only taken 10 minutes, at the most, to be waited on and complete what I needed to get done. most recently, Maranda waited on me and she was professional, efficient, friendly (positive) and very helpful. Thank you for making my last two visits to the DMV a positive experience.

I am in the office at least 5-6 times throughout the year. Trena is always kind to us when we come in. She also acknowledges my children, which matters greatly to me! Very friendly, efficient, and respectful… This is a great office to go to. Thank you!

I went in on Monday, Dec. 18, to transfer plates to my new car. I was HOPING I had everything I needed. I hadn't sat down for a full minute when Maranda called my name. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me complete my transfer in record time. Additionally, she was training a new employee and explained every step in the process. I was in and out MUCH quicker than I had even hoped!!

We went in to title a vehicle just a little while before closing. The attendant, who was the manager, helped us take care of 2 more very important items that we had not planned on getting done. She, not only, was super friendly and helpful even though it was after closing time, but she was able to help us save money because she was so knowledgeable about the licensing laws. This, by far, was the best experience we've ever had at a license office!! Thank you, Manager!!

We went to the glenstone location two separate times within a few weeks and both times, everyone was so nice and willing to answer any questions we had. We saw Krista both times and she was so nice and welcoming and engaged in conversation with our toddler son. She was so sweet and gave him some candy and one of her own personal pens! So sweet! I would definitely recommend to go to this license bureau over any other one. 10/10. And we didn't wait very long at all.

Krista was such an amazing and supportive help in finding the correct documentation for me to be able to get my I.D. Even though it was minutes from closing she was so friendly and positive that I couldn’t help but smile with her. I’m sure it’s difficult dealing with all the different attitudes of all the customers day in and day out! Thank you Krista!
